OfficeMetrics works by recording information about a user's computer activity. This information is encrypted and sent to servers operated by the OfficeMetrics team. The collected information is used to generate secure online reports which describe various aspects of a user's computer activity over time. Reports can be viewed by users via their web browser.

What's most amazing of all is that all this happens in real time! This means that users and their managers have up to the second information on an individual's or team's performance.
